An Infringement or Non-Infringement Search identifies patents and published applications having claims that may read on a prospective product or service. Prior to conducting the search, our research team will work with you to establish the elements of the product or service that should be considered for infringement. With this information, our experienced search professionals will conduct a search, identify relevant patents, and highlight claims within these patents in the search report. Upon request, search professionals map each identified claim to the elements of the product or service. Search scope may be limited to US patents and published applications, or may be enlarged to include foreign patent references.
