As search operations manager at Cardinal, Anjali has a strong background in human resources, customer service and business management. She oversees both PCT and Corporate patent searches, assigns and monitors the status of cases, ensures compliance of contracts and develops, implements and enforces operational policies and training materials. Anjali maintains close relations with Cardinal's search staff and is a key component to the overall success of the team.

Prior to joining Cardinal, Anjali worked for a research firm. There she was responsible for interviewing and hiring all professional staff, overseeing health, dental and 401k plans and managing all honoraria. She also has an extensive background in business management.

Anjali earned her B.A. degree from the University of Florida and her M.A. degree from Northwestern University. She also studied abroad in Copenhagen, Denmark and earned an International Baccalaureate Degree from Birkerod Gymnasium.
